Forrest of Software llc built the aLiveShow app as aLiveShow is intended to be used for purposes of aLiveShow is intended to be used for purposes of conveying original, user produced amusement and entertainment, including comedic, musical, and theatrical performances.

By registering to use the app, Users of aLiveShow app agree to abide by these rules and terms of use. Registered users gain the right to use the app to convey performance to others and to receive those performances.

1. all users agree:

• to use the app at their own risk. aLiveShow is provided “as is” and does not make a warranty against interruption of service, error, or disruption of internet and other telephony services used in production or distribution of shows
• Not to copy, modify app markings, use elements of coding or appearance, give the app to third parties, reverse engineer or take other steps that would reduce aLiveShows intellectual property rights.

2. Users providing content agree to convey content adhering to the guidelines:

• Not to convey content that promotes violence, hatred, or intimidation of people based on race, color, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, citizenship, or immigration status.
• Not to use the app to harass, stalk, bullying, or persecute another.
• Not to convey private information about private persons.
• Not to convey material that violates intellectual property such as patents, copyright, and trademarks, or trade secrets.
• To directly pay any performance royalties required to clearing houses of use of copyright and related right materials.
• Not convey pornography, pedophilia, bestiality, incest, or other lewd, or lascivious content.
• Not to use the app to harass, stalk, bullying, or persecute another.
• Not convey libelous or slanderous content.
• Not to convey promote extremism or terrorism
• Not to violate any law provide instruction on illegal acts, or other acts that are a criminal offense.
• Not to commit acts that could create civil liability or cause injury to another.
• Not to us the app for advertising or promotional purposes for products and services.
• Not to convey any content that contains viruses, malware, or other software designed to alter or harm the app or the technologies of users.
• Not to copy, modify app markings, use elements of coding or appearance, give the app to third parties, reverse engineer or take other steps that would reduce aLiveShows intellectual property rights.

3. aLiveShow rights:

By using the app, users agree aLiveShow the following rights under these terms:

• Not to convey promote extremism or terrorism
• The right but not obligation to monitor content
• Thee right to discipline users for violations of terms of use, including but not limited to ending their use of the app.
• The right to use screen shots and short clips of shows distributed through the app for promotional and other purposes. That right is non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty free, and perpetual.
• The right to run advertising on the app that may appear when your content is distributed.

4. Users agree to hold harmless, indemnify, and hold harmless aLiveShow and its directors, officers, employees, and agents against all claims and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out the use of the app.

5. Users with disputes and claims should contact aLiveShow to discuss all disputes. In the event they cannot solved with those discussions, users agree to use binding arbitration for dispute resolution under the laws and practices of the State of Massachusetts.
